Beverly Memorial Day Parade

To show our community pride, the Bombshells have participated in Beverly’s Memorial Day Parade.

Ronald McDonald House

To support those who are in a time of need, the Bombshells cooked brunch at Advocate Christ Children’s Hospital Ronald McDonald House, just down the street from our practice rink.

women & Girls Day of Hockey

In order to grow the game and instill our love of hockey in others, we held an event for women and girls of all ages to try out hockey for free.

PPE Project

Beginning in March 2020, the Bombshells 3D printed 5000+ face shields as well as hundreds of ear savers and sewn fabric face masks for essential workers in both our community and throughout the country. The project was led by: Overseers Jessie Milton and Nicole Deering, Distributor & Coordinator/Inventory Coordinator Andrea Driscoll, Financial Coordinator Nora Seidman, Marketing Coordinator Taylor Palmer, Printers Jennifer Obecunas, Colleen Cerny, Andrea Driscoll, Jessie Milton, Cynthia Lupa, Michelle Jaques, (+friends Eren Evers, Tom Wogan, Chris Kaufmann and more!), as well as deliverers/sanitizers Anne Dailidonis, Andrea Straszewski, Nancy Grand, Nancy Wilder, Gillian Losh, Maggi Crockett. Masks were sewn by Sandy Schneider, Nancy Grand, Jessie Milton, Christina Casey, and countless others!
